§1 General
1.1 Each user assumes responsibility for safeguarding their account details and refraining from sharing them. Prohibited actions, such as taking or destroying items without the account owner's consent, will lead to consequences for both parties involved in the conflict (including open disclosure of login data and theft).
1.2 The server's gameplay revolves around PvP, yet players are encouraged to exercise moderation. Excessive removal of players from specific areas may result in temporary access restrictions.
1.3 Acceptable behavior on the 9th Realm server is determined based on player reports and Administration decisions. Violations will result in access and gameplay restrictions.
1.4 Players are encouraged to report suspicious behavior. False reports attempting to extort penalties will be severely punished.
1.5 If unsure about rule violations, players can seek clarification from the administration.
1.6 The server reserves the right to impose necessary restrictions on violating accounts to maintain an enjoyable experience for all players.
§2 Communication
2.1 Players are accountable for their choice of words in all communications. The use of vulgar language towards other players is discouraged.
2.2 Discriminatory language, harassment, threats, and disruption to players are unacceptable. Repeated violations will result in access restrictions.
§3 Nomenclature
3.1 Character and guild names must adhere to the rules outlined above. Names that mislead, violate standards, or disturb the community's peace will be removed. Accounts violating naming rules may face restrictions.
§4 Trading in real cash
4.1 Real cash trading is strictly prohibited. Engaging in the purchase, exchange, or sale of accounts or items for real money will lead to the blocking of both the buyer's and seller's accounts. In-game item exchange is permissible.
§5 Cheating
5.1 Players are accountable for their gameplay style. Use, sale, advertising, or sharing of unauthorized game-supporting software will be severely punished. Failure to report and exploit game bugs or participating in activities providing an unfair advantage is also prohibited.
5.2 Attempting to extort account access data or stealing in-game items is a serious violation resulting in access restrictions.

## Non-Refund Policy
The 9th Realm server maintains a strict non-refund policy. Users are advised that any purchases, transactions, or contributions made to the server, including but not limited to virtual items, accounts, or in-game currency, are non-refundable. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of any transactions made on the server.
